you cannot flip this pan to make to cook on both

Easy to cook omelet pan
Had to drill hole in handle to attach to pan. Pan works very well with no sticking. I have made 2 and 3 egg omelets and

Can't Attach Handle
There are no instructions on how to attach the handle, and I simply cannot figure out how to do it! Very disappointing since the pan looks very nice and would definitely be a good addition to my kitchen. I shall return it.

Omelette pan
Good solid pan. Had to drill hole in handle to attach to pan(long handle). No directions included at all so I'm having to experiment w/timing on poaching my eggs.
