Can anyone explain the correct order of the assembly steps? There's a kind of hanging bar that you have to insert into holes across the front of this leg rest (but for some reason, it isn't shown in these photos). How do you get that bar to fit between the sides? It's as if the bar is too wide. Maybe it has to be inserted earlier in the process? Thank you.
