Iron On Sew On Clothing Name Labels

Comments about Iron On/Sew On Clothing Name Labels:

We use the sew on labels for our mom's clothes. She lives in a Retirement Center so need items labeled by name. They stay on the clothes, even after months of washing. Thanks Miles Kimball for the invention.

Great Product

Comments about Iron On/Sew On Clothing Name Labels:

I bought these labels from Miles Kimball for my two children over 25 years ago. Now I am buying them for my granddaughter for daycare. It's the same great quality. The only difference is now it comes in a roll and you have to cut each name label off. The ones I bought years ago were pre-cut and glued together at one end like a pad of paper. That was even easier to use since all you had to do was peal off each label.

Pros

  • Can Withstand Use
  • Easy To Use

Iron-on - how long will they stay affix after numerous washing or is best to sew on?. Mother is in a nursing home
Z J on Nov 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I always whip-stitched these labels onto grandsons clothes and they remained attached until I had to remove them to donate his outgrown clothes. The ink does not fade away so the name remains readable through many, many, many washes. Due to how hard he is on his clothes, I never even tried to iron the labels on.
