At our age it is getting harder to see all of the small dots. I think the large numbers will make it easy to count and play.

We are a senior center and our folks love the numbers over the dots. They are easy to read, keep clean and they hold up very well. The box they come in tends to wear out pretty quick so we use the metal cookie boxes to keep them in.

BEST ANSWER: Yes they are a different color. There is also a line on the bottom of the number so you are able to tell which way it should go. We love these dominoes - so much easier to read than the dots.
Are the numbers on these dominoes recessed? or embossed? or neither?

Are these dominoes wide enough to set on their side? Are they normal size or thin lke mexican train?
