delivery terrible, wand somewhat fragile, but product worked
used it once, and it worked well. however, i bought two, and one broke before i even had a chance to use it, and the package came entirely ripped open in two places, with 1/2 of one wand sticking out.

Best bug remover I've ever had.
I love this wand. I gave a 4 star for two reasons. 1. Is that it's hard to remove just one (top) sticky sheet. 2. They don't offer refill pads. You have to buy another wand. This is a great insect remover.
