BEST ANSWER: Yes it does. The directions are not the best so it took a few minutes to figure out how it went together. And the biggest draw back is that it is not manufactured to precision very well. Parts did not go together easily. At one point I had to take a block of wood and hammer and force parts together they did not slide together at all. The block of wood kept the hammer force spread out so it did not damage the plastic in any way. I was not a happy camper and was thinking of sending it back but return shipping didn't make it worthwhile. Now having said that once it was together it is a very useful organizer and I am glad I have it (and got it together!). It took a multitude of little things chaotically on the bottom of the vanity and organized them perfectly. Now it is easy to find the exact thing you are looking for. So HURRAY! Finally able to put my hands on say band-aids without moving 20 other little things before finding the box under everything else. The last problem I have is that if you remove the drawer to look at it at vanity top height it is not that easy to slide back in groves that hold the drawer. Now that may just be my peculiarity as I had to get down on the floor to see where the groves were and try to slide a fully loaded drawer back in. I did not find this very easy and the slides would move slightly to the side so that they were too wide. I just pull the drawer out as far as it goes and am able to find things even in the back of the drawer (I did put the larger things in the back of the drawer and the tiny items in the front so that it was easier to see the larger items in the back). Would I buy it again - yes as the organization is worth it.

What is the warning about Illegal in Calf. Proven to be harmful to pregnant woman and infants. I have this slip of paper that comes with item about warning but not listed with Item listed in your catalog?? THIS IS NOT NICE.!

Proposition 65 is a unique California law that requires businesses to include a warning on any products that contain quantifiable amounts of over eight-hundred possible chemicals, many of which are naturally occurring.
