About Me Casual Cook
Comments about Rotating Whisk:
It works OK once you get the knack. You can't push down all the way because it sticks, so best to do only short (less than 3") pushes. I won't put it in the dishwasher because the handle doesn't come apart, so any small food bits or sticky liquids that get thrown around in the dishwasher could not be cleaned out...if that happens, I'm sure it will stop working...and who knows how it might rust inside. You need to be careful when hand cleaning...anything that gets inside the handle will stay there. Marginally better than a traditional whisk for small amounts of food, but I wouldn't use it for a large batch of anything. Have not attempted to fully whip cream yet.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Love it, am going to buy another
Mostly for slightly beating eggs. I have bad fingers and it is so easy to use with the up and down motion.
