Comments about Window Screen Repair Tape:
Should have read the reviews before I bought this. The tape does not stick to the screen, waste of time and money.

Does not stick AT ALL
from Madison, WI
Would love to know how the "pro" reviewers got this tape to work. I'm with the "cons" - it will not stick AT ALL. And yes, we held a board to the other side to push against. Didn't help a bit.

HAVE USED ON SEVERAL SCREENS AND IT HAS FALLEN OFF EVERY ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really disappointed, does not adhere at all to screens!
Wanted to use on my screen door, but it would not adhere to screening, sounded good and price was right, but it didn't work.

True, it is not sticky enough but I put tape on both sides of the screen so it would stick to itself. Works great. Now the product price needs reduced to be reduced because you use twice as much of the product for repairs.
strong but doesn't stay
from Pensacola FL
This material is strong enough, but does NOT stay in place on its own for very long. I solved that by buying some clear fishing line and sewing around the edges using a carpet needle. I've had patches stay on for 2-3 years now thru all sorts of weather. A pain to do, but they last this way.
