Comments about Non-Stick Easy-Strain Pot, 3 pieces:
I thought at first that this pot was too lightweight to handle a big job like a slow cooking spaghetti sauce, but it worked like a charm...it's a breeze to clean and the insert basket cooks pasta beautifully. I love the glass lid and the handles are secure. The price was a giant plus...what a deal this turned out to be!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Casual Cook
It works fine for larger pasta like elbow macaroni, but when I used it for spaghetti, it ordained our through the holes. Duh... Also, the sieve hangs high in the pot, so I Canoga make a much pasta as I need and have room for it to expand as it cooks.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I wanted to be sure the macaroni cooked, so I did leave the strainer on the bottom of the pot; the handle made it easy to lift an place the bowl strainer on the tabs to pour and allow the bowl to keep the macaroni and let all the water out. I really liked it and glad I bought it for myself!

I love this product! Best idea yet! I use it for boiling potatoes, pasta, eggs and etc. Also great for 1 pot meals. So far I see nothing wrong with this product with the way I use it in the kitchen.
