I make an egg casserole that is somewhere between a frittata and and a quiche. These "muffin" cups are just the right size and will make reheating them much easier in the toaster oven.

I have been looking for individual muffin cups for a long time. Being a camper and boater these will be great to make muffins in our small travel oven and on the boat in a small gas grill. Storage will be so much easier than storing a large muffin pan too!!!

DARLENE P on Aug 12, 2017
Can I put broth, pureed pumpkin, etc. in these and freeze them? Will it hold 1/2 cup? How much will it hold if filled to the top? Please do not answer in ounces. Thanks
A shopper on Oct 9, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I am a diabetic, these hold the exact amount after baking that the cake box gives nutrition information for. That's why I bought them. They are constructed out of normal baking metal. They look as thick as my other cookie sheets, but I don't believe they were made to freeze stuff in.
How much do you fill each tin? Do tins need to be placed on a sheet for baking? What level is the shelf in the oven placed?
Jim G on Jul 5, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Fill each tin about 2/3's full. Usually 1/4 to 1/2 cup of batter. Amount will depend on recipe. You might have to use trial and error for a few batches. I do put the tins on a baking sheet. Easier to get in and out of the oven. I put the oven baking rack in the middle. Hope this helps.
i need pans for lava cake will this work?
A shopper on Nov 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I've not made lava cake but I would think they would. I make single serve cake for great nieces and nephew so they have their own they like that. I'm going to make single pies in them for thanksgiving for them.
dish washer safe?
A shopper on Jul 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I haven't put them in dish washer. I do my baking pans in sink and my cooking pans. Only do dishes, silverwear and drinking glasses in dish washer. Sorry couldn't really help
