Just what I needed.
Comments about Magnifying Makeup Glasses:
When I stopped wearing contacts, I was unable to see will enough to put on eye makeup, and if I had my glasses on, they were in the way. These magnifier specs solve that problem.

Can't put on eye makeup without them
After my lasik surgery, I could no longer see up close. I now must use these whenever I put on eye make-up. Couldn't do that without these. But I don't use them as designed. I put them on up-side-down so they flip up and out of the way. Wish the center of the frame was designed to wear them either way.
one lens don't stay up falls down all the time
can't use they don't stay in place not worth sending back and waste my postage
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Needs a little improvement
from Tilton NH
These are a fantastic idea and could be very useful, however the frames are too big. I'm constantly bumping into or having to awkwardly work around them. Because of that I don't use these anywhere near as much as I anticipated. If they were the size of Ben Franklin or "Granny glasses" they'd be perfect. As these are I'll probably end up giving them away
I believe these glasses could be improved if provided with a choice of strength. 3.00 is way too strong for me. It leaves me blurry eyed and with a headache. I did not return them because I might be able to find other uses for them. I love being able to flip down the other lense, but it hurts the other eye and one can't stand it for very long. A wonderful concept, but not workable.
