Comments about Healthy Steps™ Compression Socks 20–30 mmHg:

I measured my calf and ordered properly. They look and feel like they would be very helpful if you could get them above the ankle.

Bottom Line

Comfortable with just enough compression to help with fluid retention. Easier to get on than most stockings with compression and seem to be wearing well.

My husband has to wear compression socks for edema. These pair seem like they are better than the ones at Dr. Leonards. Although Dr. Leonard charges much less for them, I think that sometimes one has to pay more for quality. I hope you don't let me down!

I have been buying another famous brand at a dispensing pharmacy. I've been paying $59.95 per pair. I have been satisfied with the performance and last-ability of their product. However, these are $40.00 per pair less expensive. So, I decided to try them.

Style and color.
Also, most medical places only have white, white in my opinion is not right for a man. In summer time the color white sticks out like a sore thumb when you're wearing shorts.

What does this mean mmhg also 10-20 15-20. ,20-30 ?
L A on Jan 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: That is the level of compression it provides to the legs. The "mmhg" means "millimeters of mercury", which is a scientific way to measure pressure. It does NOT mean there is mercury in the socks, it is just a unit of measure. The 10-20 is the lightest compression (for spider veins or young legs, for example) and the 20-30 is the strongest (for severe varicose veins and often used by the elderly). The 20-30 are quite difficult to put on.
Do they come to the knee?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, they do come to the knee.
