Bright green boots

About Me Getting Started
Comments about Garden Boots:
These boots are very flimsy, and tear easily when trying to put over shoes. I can not get them over my shoes and can not wear them with out shoes. Disappointed.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Okay I guess.

They are not rigid as represented by photos. The material seems pretty thin too. On the treads, it seems the Chinese mixed wood particles with the black rubber bottoms as to help become skid free. I bought them so my wife could wear them to the chicken coop and back early in the morning. At first she hated them and wouldn't wear them because of the thinness of the sole or lack thereof. Then I inserted an old pair of her cheap flipflops into the booties and now she likes them. Would I recommend? Yes, depending on your needs and expectations.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Not as expected

Great garden boots!
from Monroe, Louisiana
I use them whe n working in the yard so. My feet and shoes won't get wet. They do not leak, and last a long time. The last ones I had lasted about 10 years. I don't find anything negative about these boots.
These are a keeper

About Me Avid Gardener
I bought these boots to wear when I have to work in our veggie garden, especially when the soil is wet. I found them to be loose when I tried them in my stockinged feet, and my feet would slip around in them, soooo…I found a pair of tennis shoes that fit inside the boots, removed the laces from the shoes, slipped them into the boots, and now I can slip my feet in and out of the tennis shoes, and have support while I'm wearing the boots. I keep them folded down into a "short" boot.
...ripped, tore apart @ first time I wore!

These are wonderful to slip on over shoes and then easy to take off when you come in. No mess tracking in and don't have to take shoes on and off. I use them in the winter as much as in the summer!! love them.
Perfect, just what I wanted.

I keep them in the trunk of my car so I can slip them on when I get to my garden. There are a lot of fire ants here and these lightweight garden boots keep my feet protected and I don't have to change shoes everytime I go to the garden.
nifty little wonders
