Centuries ago, in a small Sicilian village, Nina Catanzaro accidentally baked a batch of goodies that turned out smaller than intended, but with a soft, cookie-like texture. She named her delicious mistake “Biscottini”, meaning small Italian cookie, and the legendary treat lives on.
