Excellent knife, but VERY sharp.

This is an excellent knife for everyday kitchen use; just be careful. This knife has a protective guard / cover for a reason...it is SHARP! I dropped my guard while using this, for one second, and required 5 stitches in my thumb. If you do purchase this knife, be CAREFUL!
