too short for a stick

I bought this. It was pretty and seemed durable but trying to put the top down over a full stick of butter/margarine was tricky. Just barely fit over it. Needs to be another half inch or so longer.
Like The Simple Lines

The simple lines look easy to clean. I'd buy it if it came in another color, preferably Ice Blue to match my salt & pepper shakers. I'll only put color matched accessories on the table at the same time.
