I have been using this on my chair at work and it really helps my hips position differently while sitting and relieves the pressure that is usually on my sciatica and hips. It is soft and comfortable.

Too Hard

I purchased this item because of an injury I had to my Sciatica. When it I arrived I found it too firm and didn't ease my pain. In the end I returned the item. This doesn't necessarily mean it wouldn't work for someone else, it just didn't work on my fracture.
