I enjoyed these seed rolls I ordered 2 of each in the past. But like all plants you have to know the pros and cons when planting.

I have found that if you remove all the grass from the area to planted it will work best. If you do not, you have little success of getting the plants to take root.

After removing the grass with a hoe and put left over grass into the composte. I even out the planting bed and if it has uneven spots I fill with potting soil or organic soil or fresh composte.

I take a garden rack and smooth out the bed and water the bed well then I lay the planting roll out on top and water again. Then lay a light layer of soil on top of roll I would say about 1/4 to 1/3 of inch. Then I water this top layer of soil. Also, if you will water with plant food at least once a month your garden will be much healther and lush then if just watered tape or rain water.

Creating a 15' x 6' flower bed to hide septic clean out lids. You must follow directions and keep it watered. I love to see the flowers coming up. I wish I had put a light layer of potting soil and mulch on when I first rolled out the flowers roll

We have had these flowers planted for 5 weeks. We've kept them watered, by us and a lot of rain. We saw a "few" little green come up and now there are even a still "few" there. We are really disappointed so far. We planted them in our berm out front of our house which gets afternoon and evening sun only until about 6:00. Please let me know what we can do. Thanks.
