Comments about Sewing Awl:
This awl is easy to use beacuse the spool is right at your fingertips. The hole reemer cannot handle repeated use such as, poking through thick leather. The welds on the metal holding the needles breaks loose and wobles. This awl would work fine on canvas or thin leather. I did make 15 knife sheaths before it gave out.
