the name is too small

PERSONALIZATION TOO SMALL!!

I purchased two of these items in good faith for two coworkers who are both breast cancer survivors. I am very very disapointed due to the personalization name FONT being almost non-existent. I have spoken to customer service, who offered a $5.00 voucher to use to correct this. But due to this being a personalized item it is NON-REFUNDABLE. I would not suggest anyone order it, unless you have a magnifying glass handy to be able to read the persons name on the bottom of the cube. Yet strangely the rest of the fonts are large enough to read easily. I do NOT consider this a personalized item.
