Comments about Four-Arm Patio Pole:

I was very disappointed in this item and am considering sending it back. It does not hold flower pots of any size. I ended up getting new pots and plants that were very small.
It does not hold the pot size in the picture.

Very disappointed. The screw together components are not well designed. Didn't hold anywhere near the weight specified. Had to make a lot of modifications.

I have this pole planter and it is very nice. Holds my hanging plants and displays them nicely. Works well indoors as well as outside.

I grow Orchids. This is great when plants are in bloom to stand by the door to be seen from inside.

              Comments about Four-Arm Patio Pole:

This was a great item for barely four months, then it fell apart and Miles Kimball won't replace or refund. The pole comes in pieces, which you attach with a small ribbed connector piece. You have to tighten every few weeks, which was OK by me. But just now I went to tighten it and it won't grip. The inside of one section of the pole as well as the connector are beginning to rust, and that appears to be the problem. The only way I can continue to use this is to remove the offending section of pole, which means the entire setup is 2 feet shorter than it is supposed to be. I can't see it from my window, so what's the point? I am desperately disappointed. Miles Kimball normally has excellent customer service, but they won't send me a replacement part or replacement item since it is beyond the 45-day refund/return time window. I can understand that in normal circumstances, but when the items is clearly defective I think it is only fair to make the customer whole. After many, many years as a loyal customer, I absolutely will not shop MK again.

              Comments about Four-Arm Patio Pole:

I tried to hang a flower basket and the pole bent and I couldn't get it back together again. I secured it to my deck rail for added support and sturdiness as it tended to fall over.
