When I was pregnant we called our son Tommy, our little monkey. At 22weeks I lost him, but before I gave birth our nurse bought us a stuffed monkey from the gift shop. This ornament has the same face as the toy. The minute my husband and I saw this online we knew we had to have it. This ornament is heavy and durable. Disappointed the personialization was hand written, but that is the only draw-back. We can't wait to add him to our tree in 2013 and create memories of both of our monkeys with future siblings. Every year we will celebrate his life, and silly personality. All of our friends and family love it, and checked out this website for their own little ones.

The Personalized Monkey Ornament was a present for my little 10-month old grandson...his 1st Christmas ornament. His daddy's nickname is "Monkey". And my son & daughter-in-law painted murals in the nursery of monkeys swinging from vines, eating bananas, etc. So, this ornament was just a perfect "Baby's 1st Christmas" ornament for him. We bought this for our newly adopted daughter whose nickname is Monkey. She squealled with delight upon receiving it and was so happy to have her first ornament in our family. Was the first one on the tree and the one she shows everyone who come sto visit. We love it.

Bought two of these ornaments. Had a chuckle when I saw them, they are for friends, these ornaments make you smile. They are well made, no fading in the coloring, appear durable, so can proabably survive children and pets. The price is average.

I buy an ornament every Christmas for my grandchildren. I have one little gal that just loves monkeys. So, this is the perfect ornament for my little monkey that loves monkeys. It has her name on it, so it will be very special just for her. I am sure she will love to put her ornament on the tree.
