If you are at the maximum end of the size range, you should definitely order the next size bigger. The medium was only 27" wide before being put on, which made it too tight for me to breath. Got the right size and I love it!
I had a problem with the size.

I bought this for a family member who is a Quadriplegic to help him with his posture and stability. I should have also purchased one for myself. After putting it on while showing him how it is worn, I was amazed at the instant relief I felt. Thank you for another great product, Miles Kimball! And so affordable as well!

Save Your Back

I ordered one in black just to see if it was the same as the doctor gave me years ago. Yes it is, and at a much cheaper price. I have lower back problems and always re-injure myself when I start a project like cleaning out the garage. I know this will protect my lower back and allow me to do the lifting I always have trouble with. I had "outgrown" the other one I had and couldn't find it in a XXL. I'm so pleased that I'm ordering the white one today.
