My package was returned by our local post office, due to a problem within, but I called your customer service center, and a very nice lady helped a distressed Grandmother get the ornament she wanted, and before Christmas at that. I no longer have the lady's name, who assisted me, but if you can check back on the order, and find out who helped me she definitely deserves a'GOOD FOR YOU'. Thanks for your help and the granddaugher loved the ornament.

The personalization was printed on the back of the ornament rather than the front. I could not return it and have it corrected in time to give it to my grandchild.

It was personalized on the back of the ornament instead of the front. It was too late for me to return it and have it corrected.
