This is a beautiful pitcher and I was so excited to find it. However, the pour spout is not designed properly; no matter how careful I am, liquid runs down the side of the pitcher. Since no one else mentioned this problem, maybe I received a defective piece. I would not purchase again based on my experience.

This is not only useful, but is a great reminder to me of my great-grandmother. I often visited her when I was young, and vividly remember her having blue glass like this. Not only a pitcher, but also a butter dish, glasses (one with Shirley Temple, which was only mine to use), etc. I truly love to put this out whenever we have company, or just to bring back wonderful memories.

The most beautiful blue cobalt! I have managed to buy almost every piece of blue cobalt from Miles Kimball, and have been very impressed with how dark the blue is. Great job!
