Not what I expected. Not sturdy enough to hang a real coat on and certainly nothing heavier than a hat on the shelf. It holds our wind breakers & sweaters okay and that's really all I needed.

I purchased this product so I could hang damp clothing from out of the dryer. The pieces that go over the door are so flimsy, I couldn't hang three dry pieces of clothing. The entire rack and all of the clothes fell to the floor. I purchased a towel bar for my kitchen towel and that bracket was 10X as strong. This item is totally useless.

Extremely poor quality and design. Said to hold 20 lbs, I doubt it can hold 20 ounces.

the thin aluminum designed to hold up this shelf can't hold the shelf with nothing on it. It just buckles. Would love/deserve a refund!

couldn't close the door when installed, and I tried on 3 different doors. Too bad, it's a good idea. But it's off to the thrife shop for someone else to try

This product collapsed under its own weight the first time I hung it up. Total waste of money. I was very dissapointed. I will never buy from this company again.
