there was a certain restaurant where i used to live that offered cheese sticks with red pepper jelly and it was amazing! this is pretty much the same thing. ate it on crackers with cheese and it's great. will definitely order more. i like spicy but not so hot it burns my mouth and this is nice and spicy. even if you only like mild spice, i think people will like it cuz you can always just have a tiny bit and you get a whole lot of flavour. i was afraid it might only be available at christmas and am pleased to see that's not the case and hope it never becomes a once-a-year thing.
