          Cute outfit. Fit the first time without any instructions. Hat fit too without any need for alterations. Wasn't sure what the gray thing in his hand was suppose to be then it came to us that it was an umpires mask. I think you probably wouldn't want it out in the elements, although the packaging didn't say that.

          The elastic on the hats always dry out and I have to sew on ribbon. It would be better if the hats had ribbon - some do, but not all.
          I would love to see baseball uniforms - Phillies in particular. That would make a great decoration.
