Comments about Light Weight Cast Iron Frying Pan - 12":
I was nervous ordering this skillet, but the one review sounded good so I went ahead. It was a little pricey, even on sale, but I think it's a very nice skillet and I love that I can have lightweight cast iron! I was going to order all three sizes, but wanted to see the quality of this one first. I've only used it once, but I liked it and it cleaned up very well. I am now off to order the other two sizes!

About Me Casual Cook
I have owned some heavy weight cast iron, this lightweight cast iron worked as well as my old ones. However, it is much easier to handle due to its weight (especially when foods in it). I really enjoy using them, so I bought more for my mother. She probably can benefit more than I can and enjoy cooking with this new cookware.
