Pretty but a bit flimsy

Comments about Holographic Butterfly Spiral:
This is a decent product, although I expected it to be a bit sturdier. I had to switch the fishing line hanger for something stronger because it came down on the first really windy day we had. It's been ok since then. It's very pretty when it catches the sun's rays. :)

I thought it was metal when I ordered it. It doesn't stand up to wind and snow outside, so had to hang it in the house.

This product was cleverly pictured in the catalog to appear more substantial than it really is. In the photograph it appears to be made of a hard molded plastic, but in reality it is merely holograhic foil on a thin plasic sheeting similar in thickness to a book dust cover. If I had seen this product in a store, I would not have bought it a half the price. It does reflect sunlight with pretty colors and my cats love to chase the reflections around the room, but that is the extent of this product's uses. If placed outside it would be destroyed by a moderate gust of wind or rain.

This is just laminated paper. Does not make a sound and is very thin.

This is a real eye catcher. It hangs from the ceiling in my corner windows. If there is any light, it sparkles. I love it!

Knockout Holographic Butterfly Display

They went on sale! I bought many butterfly spirals and separated butterflys, to hang on single clips of my 60 wire jiggley photofall displayer in full sun. What a BLAST! I love rainbows, but these defraction butterflys surpassed my expectations for colorful pleasure.
