    I bought this specifically to get bars (like brownies) and casserole servings out of the baking pan. The shape of it is perfect - it is long enough to lift at least two bars out of the pan without breaking them. However, it does feel somewhat flimsy and not especially heavy-duty, so I'm not sure how long it will be useful.
