My SOLUTION to name wearing off

Thanks to the reviews of other shoppers I was able to come up with what appears to be so far, a solution to the problem of the name wearing off or peeling off. My flag has been up for about a month, and has withstood very heavy rains in N.C. and still looks great! I painted over the band which contains the lettering with Delta Ceramcoat Matte Exterior/Interior Varnish purchased at a craft store. I used 3 coats on each side, allowing sufficient time between coats for drying (dries quickly, and very easy to do). So far it's working great!
