Not user-friendly for kids at all

Comments about Christmas Carol Karaoke:
This was a cute gift idea for the kids age 4-5, hoping to teach them Christmas songs. The songs play so fast that even for children who know the words, it will be very difficult to keep up. There is no tempo or volume control. You have to put your mouth really close to it, and when you do it screeches loudly. The lyric book is numbered to match the numbered buttons on the mic, but they are all in the wrong order. The lyrics in the book vary a bit from the traditional versions. The main problem is how fast the music goes like 3X the speed the songs should be. May be a cute gag gift for adults, but too frustrating for kids.

I was very disappointed in this. I thought one it would work, two that it would have the words so that my three year old granddaughter would be able to sing along. It is poorly made and is not worth the money.

These were purchased for young children and they aren't too concerned with sound quality(!!) which was terrible. They were just concerned with noise, which they could make!!

Karaoke was tried various times without much luck in performance. You would have to almost touch the speaker area with your mouth (which is germy) to be heard at all. That was a disappointment. -ended up putting it away. -would send it back, but haven't yet.

Thought this would be fun for children in my family. Background "screeching" noise very irritating. Not at all worth price paid.

i had ordered 2 and both have problems. One doesnt shut off and the other one has a high pitch squeal when you speak into it. Im returning both.

Good idea, bad design-Don't buy

First, trying to put the batteries in was a joke. Tiny tiny screw that I almost stripped just getting it open. 4 AA batteries I had to shove into the plastic and 1 almost wouldn't stay. Only 2 of the buttons worked the other buttons just produced feedback. You can't sing to the music because it's so loud and quality of music is really bad--no volume control. I was hoping to teach my son Christmas songs but this only gave everyone a headache. DON'T BUY!
