These vinyl pants are a good idea but they are not sewn good enough that there are holes and rip bigger and bigger in one day- Around the elastic it is not always caught on to the plastic.
Also maybe 3X would be a better idea so as not to put stress on the holes.

My husband had colon cancer surgery 8 years ago. Is now cancer free, but occasionally a few problems. These plastic pants are a must for both men and women when we have health problems when older. Sometimes we have to make a mad dash for the restroom, these give you reassurance you will not be embarrassed. I had to talk him into using them, but now he is a believer!!!

I will be returning these. I ordered them instead of my regular brand because they were a "bargain." I guess you get what you pay for. I could tell as soon as I started to put on the first pair that they would rip easily. They were much smaller than the same size in the other brand, and the fabric was much lighter-weight.

I have been purchasing these for quite some time now. I would place them on auto-refill only they keep lasting longer every time I buy them and I can't determine how often to refill them. They have lasted six months this time, the longest ever which means the next time I should get eight months. I still have a couple pair unused out of the six pair I last bought. These are the best ever, especially for the price, it's like getting a discount every time I buy them.
