I purchased this for my Grandson and he was very happy with it and so happy that Santa remembered him at Christmas. However, the ornament he received was NOT the one shown in the description. Instead, he got a 'Jack in the box' with the year inscribed on it. Still, it was very nice.

Each grandchild gets this particular letter. It has a good Christmas message reflecting the true reason for the season -- birth of Jesus. My granddaughter saves all the stars or crosses that come with the letter. My daughter says they are saved in a special box year after year by my grandchild. (Grandchild started saving them on her own -- not prompted by an adult.)

This letter is so special for my children to get! They have been getting this letter or one similar from Miles Kimball for many years and they love the ornament that comes with it. The combination of Santa and The Babe, gives it a true meaning of Christmas! My sons are 20 and 13 and this being a tradition in our family, they still love waiting for it's arrival in the mail each year!
