        I used the product in one of my private cooking classes and filled it with Bavarian cream and fresh fruit, drizzled with a raspberry coulis. The participants absolutely loved it. It provided a simple, yet totally elegant desert that they would actually make! For myself, the product arrived perfectly intact, thanks to the care taken in it's packaging for transport.           I ordered these for a special luncheon. Luckily I read reviews and heard how several could be broken. I ordered extra to make sure I had enough for luncheon, but did not expect half of them to be broken. Probably will not order again, because they were not cheap. They tasted very good though.

          At least 3 of the 8 in the box are broken. They are a great dessert after a fine meal. I have put ice cream with whipped cream and pudding and whipped cream in them. I drizzled chocolate sauce over the top and they were the hit of the party.
          I will continue to order them but always order more than I need. The broken ones I eat later.They are great tasting.
