About Me Budget Shopper
Comments about Katherine Birdfeeder:
i was disappointed and upset with the bird feeder because it stated that it was made with a cage around the outside to keep squirrels out and it didn't. a squirrel got in there between the cage slats and ate the birdseed.it said it would keep big birds out too but if a squirrel can get thru the slats a large bird can too.
What seed to use?

About Me Midrange Shopper
We were pretty excited about this feeder until we tried to fill it. The holes are too big for millet, thistle and other finch food and too small for sunflower seeds or peanuts/fruit blends. We hung it because it looks nice, but I doubt if we refill it as often as our other feeders.

I bought this feeder as an addl feeder in our yard hopfully it would be truley squirrel proof and it is. It was funny seeing the squirrel trying to figure out how to get in it. Good value

Good enough bird feeder but the squirrels can get in.
Needs smaller holes for bird seed.

This was purchased to make sure the little sparrows and doves could get food, and keep the crows out. This is made more for suet or bread than for tiny birdseed.

I like it and the birds love it

The birds in S. Central WI. love this feeder. My current one has a smaller capacity and I fill it at least twice on a week end. Yes a squirrel did get into it and chew the center cage. Black oil sunflower seeds work fine in this feeder.
