        This corn popper was a total waste of money. It takes much longer than the stated 2-4 1/2 minutes to pop and still leaves plenty of "old maids". Example: I put less than 1/4 cup in and set micro for 3 min. Then for another 1 1/4 min and then again for another 1 1/4 min. It kept popping each time but I was still left with over 1 tablespoon of unpopped kernals after 5 1/2 minutes. I didn't want to leave it in any longer for fear that it would melt. Save your money, use a large pot on top of the stove.

                          I love the flavor of microwave popcorn over air popped so the taste is very good. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I find that the longer I own the popper the longer I need to pop the corn. For instance I started out at 4 minutes and now am at 4 minutes 17 seconds. The only con I have is that is only has 3 legs so it tips over easily. It needs another leg. The other night I bumped the popper a little and had popcorn, salt & butter all over my living room floor. I eat out of the popper instead of transferring to another bowl. The popcorn stays warmer longer that way.
