Comments about Angled Deck Hanger:
Live in an apartment and can't put holes in balcony rail. Looked all over town for something similar. Had to add a spacer but otherwise--perfect.
Great Deck Hanger Made in AMERICA!
By Guffeyland

I live in the Colorado mountains and wanted to hang birdfeeders over the deck so the seeds would drop on the ground to re-seed, not on the deck. These steel hangers look good, fit the deck rail perfectly, and were not available anywhere else I looked. Best of all: Made in America!! Thank YOU!

I LOVE this hanger ~ I have never had a saggingproblem ~ have always used these with wroughtiron railing ~ with hanging baskets in thesummer and bird feeders in the winter. Havemoved twice during the years of owning these;did have to do a small adjustment to sizing ofrailing with NO problem ~ just used a vise tomake the adjustment ~ I own 6 of these !!

A word of caution

About Me Master Gardener
Love the look but a word of caution should be offered. These are perfect for faux arrangements that do not have any signifcant weight. The weight limits of this product are or proved to be less than indicted. The construction is not a sturdy as it appears and within minutes of placing a small watered plant on the hook it began to sag. The plant was removed immediately and then we had the chore of trying to align the arm to match the height of the other two. I was ready to order more for the front but decided not. I remove the plants to water and allow them to drain before returning them to the hook. In other words I do not trust them to hold up even with the smallest of live plants. Once again silk arrangements would be perfect use caution with live plants that require watering and will grow.

I thought these were great - they were really much better than I expected, I am using the same set now for 2 years. Have not had one problem.
Does the Job

It is great for the my purpose of a handicap garden for my mom. With our low rails- the plants hang so she can water from wheelchair or sit-down walker. But I found them for 3 for [$] and since I needed more I ordered from the other company. It is important that your rails be just under 1 3/4 inches thick so that the stay stable through wind and bumping into.
Picture decieving

The picture showed the plant hanging above the railing which it does not. It hangs below the railing no matter if it is something for the birds or a plant. So it is hard to see the beaty inside because it hangs to low. They are strdy but was very disappointed the rod wasn't more straight up so it would hang differently
