I order this as always for my grandson and it arrived 2 days after Christmas. I am very dispointed. I have ordered these letters every year and this has never happened before.

I ordered this for my Grandson, (I get one every year for him)I was pleased that it made it before Santa came! I had ordered it on the last day it was able to order! Whew! It made it! On Christmas Eve day! (Thanks Miles Kimble for getting getting it there so quickly!)Highly recommend this nice Letter with ornament to give to all your little ones! Not much good when it arrived after XMas even though the order was supposed to be far enough ahead to get here by XMas if I paid extra for shipping. I paid the extra and it still arrived 2 days later. My granddaughter just shrugged when it arrived.

I send Santa letters to my 2 grandchildren every year from Miles Kimball. However, I was late in ordering them this year, so only the one letter was available. Since they're sisters, I try to send one of each. They each received the same letters with the ornament, and now that they can read, it was exciting for me to have them read me the letters.

These letters from Santa was a hit with my 2 grandsons. I got a call from them with excitement in their voices that made a Mom mom feels so good. They are 8 and 10 and really I did not think the 10 year old was a believer this year but when I heard his voice about how he had gotten a letter from Santa I knew for one more time he was a believer. Thank you for providing this item in your catalog.
