Cheaply made. The steel shaft is too heavy for the plastic casing and the flimsy aluminum dough discharge is a joke and fell apart by the 3rd cookie scoop! These were simple sugar cookies. Went to attach the discharger and the aluminum bent, the shaft kept slipping out. It was a mess! Called to return it and they just credited my account.

Does not release the biscut or cookie dough, have to use fingers to get it to release on the pans...

Looked like a great idea, then I opened the box and took it out. It didn't work. The metal insert didn't move no matter what I did. VERY cheaply made. I sent this back for a refund.

I read reviews and saw that it was not rated very good by some but decided to order anyway as it sounded like a good idea. Used it for cookies - I was very careful with it and it broke on first tray of cookies. Literally fell apart. Tossed in the garbage as was not repairable.

I bought this to use for cookie dough. It broke after making 3 balls of cookie dough. Really cheap piece of junk.

This cookie dough dropper works great! I have had a hard time finding one locally so I was excited to see this in the catalog. Great product!

This product should be discontinued.
We want US MADE PRODUCTS and will pay more for them. Run them side by side and see what happens. Personally, I'm done with MC.
