bathtub spray - great idea, doesn't work

I got this thinking it would be a great way to rinse off my infant and his hair during his bath. The end piece fits on my tub spout, but it doesn't fit on my parents' - if your spout has any kind of piece sticking down, it won't fit. We hooked it up, and turned on the water - low pressure at first like it suggests - but water started coming out of the normal shower head! It seems like the hose is too small and water gets backed up IN the pipes, forcing it out the shower. Not a good idea! I don't want it to spring a leak somewhere. While this is a great idea, this won't work for us. I'm so disappointed! Unfortunately, I can't recommend this to anyone :(
don't waste your money

Bought it to bathe dogs, the spigot cover comes off with anything other than minuscule pressure. Had to buy a hose clamp to put on it and drill bigger holes in head to keep the cover from popping off. It was cheap in price and construction.

tub hose

this product didn't fit any of my fauscet in the house. Also, hose isn't long enough. Money wasted. Costs to much to ship it back.

Barely works

I used it to bath my dog. pops off facuet. Con only use with a trickle of water.

I find the spray very useful for showering the elderly. The subject can use the device herself and helps her to feel in control of something. It is worth the effort to keep adjusting the nozzle into the faucet. I have bought two of this item(by different manufacturers) and the same thing happened with both. Maybe it is my faucet that is the problem. Also, the pressure in my shower is strong.

Handy inexpensive item

I have four dogs who need baths regularily. The Bathtub spray is easily attached to my shower and makes bath time...well, time well spent. It works!

Been waiting for something to fit!

don't have a shower... love them so this is the best I can do and it does its job. In fact, less water is used than taking a bath or a shower.
