Really helps keep you dry and prevents rashes. These are longer than you expect. If you want it to fit under the bust without wrapping around then measure your chest under the bust to determine the size. I ended up folding mine over to get it to fit under the front of the bra. This product is wonderful.

these bra liners are terrific!! Especialy for women with large breasts .We tend to perspire, due to this we can develop a rash from the wetness of the bra and can be very uncomfortable. These liners keep you dry avoiding the possibilites of infection and rash. I recommend these for comfort!!!!! Fantastic liners!!!!

I needed help inserting it because it was so long it wrapped around me. Used once then washed and it lost its' shape.
