      Comments about Motion Sensor Owl:

We made a base for it to put next to the garden. The sun melted the body, so now it doesn't stand straight. We moved it to a covered porch and enjoyed having it there, but it was doing what we wanted it for. After having it a year the sound is not as loud. It doesn't keep the birds away.

      Comments about Motion Sensor Owl:

We're using this 'owl' to dissuade the hawks from attacking our chickens. Since hawks are afraid of owls we thought it would be a good idea. Unfortunately, the owl is too small & very flimsy & the least bit of wind blows it over.

      Comments about Motion Sensor Owl:

I bought the owl to keep the birds from my blueberry bushes; it did not work. The sensor did not detect the birds because they moved very fast. The sound volume was too low. Tied the owl to my fence in front of the blueberries and the birds perched on the fence next to the owl. They flew in front of the owl to eat the blueberries and the sensor did not go off. I placed it on the ground under the blueberries and the robins knocked it over.

I placed the owl on my deck for decoration. To my surprise, it detects large animals like squirrels.

          • The Owl Was Very Small S

          Comments about Motion Sensor Owl:

Owl is very small and hard for the pigeons to activate. Only the head moves,
so the birds became use to it. It does not work to scare them away. I want to return it, but the postage costs a lot so it is not worth it.

          Comments about Motion Sensor Owl:

We like the looks of the owl but feel it needs to be stabilized. Do you have a base that could be attached? We formerly had an owl which broke when it fell on the cement floor of our balcony.

We live in an apartment building with a covered balcony, where there are many crows in the neighbourhood. We would like them to stay away.
