About Me Value Oriented
I have bought these for several years, for the visibility on the side of my fridge where the magnet keeps it securely and appointments are easily read.
I almost didn't buy this again
from Westchester, NY
I bought this calendar in the past but was not happy last year with the change and almost didn't purchase it this year. In previous years the months were not printed back-to-back. Last years format made it difficult to use because the calendar had to be turned around to view the previous month. Going back to the previous format made more sense.
Sorry to say, I am not happy with the new design. I loved the old one better. The magnet is not strong like the older ones.
Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend this to a friend

New Layout - Ug!!!!
from Birmingham, AL
I've bought this calendar for 20 years, but I hate the new layout so much that I may not buy it again. It worked so well to have the first 6 months of the year arranged one after the other. Then you just flip it over, and the last six months work the same way. The way it is now, if I need to fill in a space on the next month, I have to take it off the fridge, turn it over, and flip it upside down. Very inconvenient. PLEASE go back to the way it was all the years before!!!!
I hate it

Very dissapointed! Does not stick to anything.

I do not like the layout of the 2015 calendars I don't like that the next month is behind the front page (ie. Feb. is on the back of Jan.) Also, you no longer have the name of the month on the bottom right hand corner of the calendar page. I have to write them on the bottom of the page so I don't have to turn the page all the way to the top to find the month I want to review. I buy 22 of these calendars each year as gifts to family & friends and they have expressed these same views. In addition, the magnets are not as strong as they used to be. As the old saying goes: "If it ain't broke don't fix it"
Changes made to this item are horrible.

I have been ordering this magnetic calendar for well over 20 years. The calendar this year is horrible. Instead of putting the pages with the next month facing you when you turn the current month's page up, the next month is printed on the back side of the current month. It makes it extremely difficult to look at the two months side by side if you are trying to make appointments, write dates on the calendar, etc. Would definitely not order again if the format stays the same and would not recommend to anyone in this format.
Very Disappointed with 2015 issue
from Brandon, FL
I have been ordering this calendar for about 35 years. Have shared it with others - now have my daughter using it at her home and my sister using it for her 'doggie sitting' appoints. However, we ALL noticed the poor quality of this years' calendar. First, the magnet is so weak it won't hold to the refrigerator. Thankfully I had some left over strip from past calendars. Second, the day blocks are smaller, as witnessed by the extra space at the front and end of each week. But, MOST OF ALL, the layout is awful. Now you have to turn the calendar over, from month to month, to add appointments. I had made several errors before I caught on to this. I always have 'next year' appoints at the end of the year to put on the new calendar. I had added several, just trustingly using the Jan, Feb, Mar, etc order. All of a sudden I noticed the change from sequential placement to back to back placement when I found I was putting appointments on the wrong date. I hope that you can appeal to your production people to return this to its former format, preferably even before you made the days smaller. I don't mind paying a couple of dollars more and neither do the friends I have checked with. I am extremely disappointed with Miles Kimball for allowing this 'quality' change to happen. Now I am losing faith in all items I order from you. Please let me know if I should start looking for a substitute or if you will return to your previous "excellent quality" calendar.
What happened to a great product??
Have been buying this product for years but it has changed. The months are not printed the way they previously had been for ease of use. Now January and February are on one sheet making it very hard to flip over and write on. The calendar actually now is not useful. I had to copy/reprint it all over to line up the months correctly. Why was this changed and will it remain the same in 2016, if so I will not buy again. Really a shame that a really good product changed to a very bad product.
