Table Pad

I love this table pad. It protects my dining room table from all the little mishaps that can happen over time. Put a nice table cloth over the pad and you never know it's there. I no longer worry about people spilling food or hot platters on the wood surface.

I added this on top of the elasticized table pad for added protection as I feel they are both too thin to adequately protect. The thinness is about the same as in the catalog photo though. It was easy to trim. I would recommend this only with the warning that it is very thin and I don't know how long it will last.
Quilted Dining Table Pad

Bought two of them to use on a very large client dining table--she had used heavy duty plastic to protect an oak table, which caused the finish on the table to be damaged due to the moisture caused by the plastic that sweated. The quilted table pad will alleviate this problem, as well as being an effective anchor for her table cloth.

This table cover cut to fit my oval table quite easily with a sharp pair of scissors. At least when new it protects the wooden table underneath from spill damage.
It is exactly what I wanted.

I bought this pad about 6 years ago, and recently had guests, where wine was spilled on the pad and it ran under the backing. It was my opinion I would have to discard it, so I ordered a new one, as I use them all the time and cut to different table size, depending on how many leaves go in the table. In the meantime I decided to try to wash it. I could not believe how great it looked after going through the washer and dryer. I am saving the new one now for another catostrophic day.
