This is my first time ordering from this site. I'll never order anything again. I bought a shoe stretcher and it broke the first time I used it!!!

This product was not good at all. I used it one time and it didn't stretch to the size I wanted so I attempted to use it a second time. In using it, the inside of the stretching part broke off one one and became stuck on the other one. This is a very poor product. I wish I had not thrown the original package away because I definitely would have sent it back for a refund.

miles kimball refused to try and help me replace the small faulty part..really poor customer service and for that i would not recommend them nor would i buy from them again

I needed shoe size 6-3/4! Nobody sells that size! This allowed me to stretch 1/4 inch in length and stretch across the ball of the foot to just the right size!

These shoe stretchers are of poor quality, one was broken already and the other broke at the first use. As I turned the rod to stretch it, it became loose and did not work. They do not fit high heels, they only stop at the rim of the shoe and therefore stretch the top part only (the rim) they do not reach the toe part. I did not want to bother with the return and pay any additional shipping.

This did work on a pair of shoes that were painfully tight over the top of my foot. Will try them on more pairs. I didn't overstretch my shoes but I see how it could easily happen, so pay close attention. The wood was a little rough and prickly so I put a thin sock over to protect the shoe lining from snags.

I use this item as soon as I purchase a new pair of shoes. They work well each and every time. They are worth the cost and more.

Stretcher broke on first attempt to use. Quality was obviously extremely lacking and I would strongly recommend not selling this to other people. I returned.
