    Partial glue/cardboard residue from the information sticker remained behind on the bamboo. Even after much work, I was unable to completely remove this. Manufacturer needs to use that removable gummy adhesive, NOT glue.

        They didn't monogram it in the order that I asked it to be - so it doesn't look right with my 1st name initial last!! That spoils an otherwise nice piece.
