I bought one of these several years back, and it was much stronger and solidly made. The pole was a thicker metal; this one can't stand up to strong winds without waving back and forth. As others note, the pieces don't fit together very easily or securely. If you attach one of the cardinal direction arms (E/W/N/S), another falls out. Sadly, it used to be a better product...

About Me Budget Shopper
not very sturdy, falls apart and blows away, doesn't spin in wind, my husband had to glue the sections of the stake that holds it up together!!
OK! About what I expected. It works.

Not tall enough. Should be about 18 inches taller. Otherwise it is OK.

If it's not assembled right the cups do not rotate. Says it will tell you how fast the wind it blowing-yeah-you see the cups rotating. had to reglue the front of the directional arrow that easily broke. arrow does not rotate very well.
