Comments about Hot or Cold Back Support Wrap:
This wrap is the best I have found since being in physical therapy! Stays warm for the proper 20 minutes. I have not tried it as a cold pack yet. The fabric cover is somewhat stiff but seems to be very durable. The pack is not too heavy so it is tolerable for even a seriously inflammed or painful back. Even tried it for my daughter's cramps. Worked like a charm and was the perfect size for her to curl up with. ONE DRAWBACK: this wrap is only sized for about a size 12 max (adjusts smaller) and so if you are a larger woman like 16-20+ this wrap will not fit and stay Velcro-ed. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star product
